About Origami Labs

Tools for the Future

I'm a solo developer who got tired of watching good tools get locked behind monthly fees and having stuff (copilot) jammed down my throat.


Origami Labs therefore is a one-person studio using the tech of this era to build things people actually want to use and, where it can, to do a little good.


The goal is simple: put genuinely powerful tools in people's hands, and keep them free wherever possible.


Right now that runs through three products:


🗂 Origami Folio -> a Chrome extension giving you a next-generation office suite without the monthly fee. Documents, decks and sheets, refolded for the AI era.


🤖 Origami Code -> an AI harness and IDE built around one goal: Claude-Code-level output running on local models, with no computer-science degree required. Your machine, your models, your code.


🎮 Origami Games -> an AA game built in Godot, shipped alongside the full toolkits and pipelines behind it, proof that a small team can build studio-sized games without Unreal or a publisher.
