It's been a while since my last update and i just wanted to say a few thank yous.
This year has been turbulent to say the least. I don't think it would be exaggerating or being dramatic to say i hit rock bottom.
After i finally stopped running from it and sooight help, thanks to the assistance of Emma, I was diagnosed with deprerssion and social anxiety.
despite weekly counselling and anit depressants, In April this year i attmetped to take my own life.
The medical and mental support i have recieved has been tremendous and i am trully grateful for that.
I have now been signed off work for a long time and foudn myself bored and frustrated. I have never been off work for longer than a 2 week holiday.
After spirraling a little bit i threw myself into gaming to pass the time. Livestreaming has been a great release for me. The company and interaction has helped more than you will ever know. So thank you to all who follow, tweet, retweet, subscribe, like etc.
i have recieved sponsorship on my channel from Stadia Dosage and again this has helped a great deal. Both with content and being able to purchase new games on this strict financial budget i have found myself having to follow.
Whats more, i had to find something constructive to fill the void whilst i was out of work.
On reaching out to Jack and stadia Dosage, I have been given the oppurtunity to write editorials. This has helped me focus on a task in my own time, vent some fustrations, and have the feeling that i am contributing some value to the community.

I still have a long way to go. mentally, physically., financially. I have always struggled with debts and no more so than ever with being off work. the missed payments are stacking up. The debts are there. but every little thumbs up like and follow is also helping with that. Some work and i will come out the other side.
