Hello!
Hot sauces are a pet passion of mine, and as of this year I started making all kinds of them, from mild to searing hot, right here in Scarborough, Ontario. Each sauce is built around a specific flavor profile; this is not an exercise in just to see how hot a sauce can get.
As this is a home-grown operation which heavily relies on goodwill, your support, in any way shape or form is hugely appreciated. Hop on board and follow me while I grow peppers, experiment with flavor pairings and cook up sauces that'll sometimes make you pucker up but always add that little extra oomph to your food.

This website is the support page to PEPPAHSAUSCO. The old website -including it's link to the questionnaire- is now defunct. If you have an older style label on your Sampler, don't scan that QR code but simply follow the address printed on there: peppahsaus.co where you'll find the questionnaire under 'Feedback' in the main menu.
