But I can't.
Since Wednesday, my real life's been a chaos.
Sudden announcement: tomorrow morning's got some hospital 'orientation'.
When this 'orientation' is about seminars, exams, and another seminars for a full day🥲
The uni haven't give out all our attributes yet (they said it's not ready🤦)
While the full schedule haven't come out yet, I know I need to adjust.
But I also know, I can't totally quit freelancing.
It's my passion, it's my source of income (or else maybe I'll get kicked out of study).
Sorry, no choosing. I'll still do both.
But in a very "Catherine's in a total sabbatical mode" way.
Full transparency of my rate:

Because everything comes full force at me, I need to make some sort of arrangement.
Lead magnet (freebie) audit: I've decided to limit the type but I'm not limiting the page or words
(Although I'm not sure whether there are people having 500 page PDF Guide as a freebie)
Why I'm keeping this ---> Smart business owner knows 'freebie' is not a real freebie.
It's a sales tool, marketing tool, and helping-people tool.
I also call it a first date offer because this is where you can start if you've thought of hiring a copywriter but you need to make sure they know what they do.
Neither a copycat or bluffing.
P.S.👉 If you have an email course, templates, workshops, or masterclass, this is the requirements:
1. Email course: up to 5 email.
2. Templates: same as e-book/pdf guide
3. Workshops/masterclass: 1 hour (60 minute).
Landing page/freebie page copy: the page for people to opt-in for your lead magnet.
Ever see an annoying landing page you don't even want to sign up?
This is for you.
Why I'm keeping this ---> yes you're offering free value to your customers.
Yes you're being generous and helpful.
Still, your audiences might have signed up with your competitors.
Still, your lead magnet is your sales tool, and it needs to be competitive.
Welcome email copy:
Why I'm keeping this --> I actually like to read this the most, amongst all emails.
Especially when I think you do it right, it becomes so heart-warming to readers.
But the truth is, welcome email with:
1. Full capslock (a total red flag),
2. Awkward and pushy, she's already promoting something...
Still exist.
It's not about right or wrong in marketing, but if you're the brands that value connections more than conversion...
This is for you.
Blog writing (NO PR STRATEGY):
Complete disclosure: with my normal price, I will have a PR strategy with the blog because I know it gains traffics and eyes to the blog, hence convert.
But I'm lowering it so much because I don't have the time to pull up the strategy anymore.
Why I'm keeping this service ---> I became obssesed with it. Can't stop.
Habit Tracker PLR*
I've been thinking of these lead magnet (trackers, journals, etc.) for a while since I found it fascinating and fresh.
Not too 'heavy' and 'learning', unlike courses, PDF guide and workshops.
Not too passive unlike a quiz results.
Actionable right away, cause everyone is tracking something.
*Depend on your business goals, not everyone is suitable to have this.
