What is your career potential?

I received these questions in the beginning(after 2 years in) of my Project Management career and back then I was not sure I understood the question.

Now fast forward 10+ years, I still don't have the answers but got more clarity.

More clarity:

► Where my career is heading.

► What roles I should take in the next 5 to 10 years.

► What type of skills will take me there?

To reach next steps, I need to work on my skills:

✅ Communication

✅ Collaboration

✅ Solution ability

✅ Agility

✅ Resilience

I suggest every PM spend a good 1-2 hours per week on career development.

We can drive our own career forward. Do not wait for anyone. Just work, work on the things which you avoid.
