One of the things I like to cook is Bourbon chicken. I use this recipe. I do let it simmer for a lot longer than the recipe says. I just kind of eyeball it. I like a thicker sauce. This time, I also did 1/2 of the red pepper flakes the recipe calls for. I like hot things, but my family doesn't all like spicy food, so this worked for them this time. You have to try this one. It is super easy to make and quite tasty!
