In this week's podcast, I talked briefly about taking care of yourself. One thing that I feel is important is good gut health. With that said, I've never made sauerkraut. So, let's do this. I followed Jill's recipe over at The Prairie Homestead. I don't know if I put in enough brine. Does it have to go all the way to the top? Someone help (tell) me! ;-)
