When it rains, it pours!

As some of you know, I haven't been doing too well the past couple of weeks. I managed to get sick (not COVID, thankfully), and I had another medical issue involving switching my birth control that took it out of me. After all of this, this past Saturday was going to be my first day to be able to shoot, and pretty much everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

-- The weather was supposed to be nice and cloudy with no chance of rain. Instead, it turned out to be sunny and rainy at the same time, which prevented me from going where I wanted for this. I had to come up with some backup plans real quick, but I like how it turned out considering I had to improvise a location.

-- My tripod crapped out on me, and I ended up using my phone for most of it. This one isn't such a big deal, but I wanted to do more with my clicker/tripod setup to get more experience and figure out what I like and don't like.

-- I got bit right in the middle between my boobs by a mosquito like 5 minutes into this. I edited it out of most of the pictures, but you might still be able to see it in the ones with the stylus between my girls.

Despite these setbacks, I had a lot of fun, and I actually learned a lot.

You've also got to understand that what I was wearing was extremely far outside of my comfort zone. A big part of this is me learning to be more comfortable wearing what I want to in public, and it was definitely a big step in that direction.

I hope that you like these pictures, and I'm looking forward to doing more soon. :* :*
