Last Thursday 26th of May we hosted our second online Psychedelic Integration Sharing Circle and I left with a content heart yet with a lot of food for thoughts ❤️➕🧠.
Our excellent Hannah initiated the sharing circle with a gentle breathing and meditation. Thus, allowing us to softly arrive and let our minds know that this is a safer circle. One by one, our beautiful attendees opened up their hearts and shared while others held space. It was diverse, colourful and it felt tremendously human, not without its share of pain but also a great amount of joy.
