CompileSwift Podcast - My M1 Mac Mini Set up Experiences and Tips

Mar 02, 2021

I spent most of my free time over the past week setting up my new Apple M1 based Mac Mini. The M1 is a chip manufactured by Apple to replace the Intel line.

Why is that important? Well, it is a new architecture and that can often lead to complications for software compatibility. This can be a problem if you are looking to use the new machines as your daily drivers.

In this episode I go over my experiences setting the machine up for Mobile and Web development, Podcasting and all my other creative endeavors. I hope by the end of it, you will have some tips to make life easier should you make the switch.
