I am thrilled to announce that I am starting an investing community focused on Dividend Growth!
As I have personally experienced, investing can be a very confusing game, many retail investors are constantly switching strategies based on whatever media financial gurus throw at them. In my humble opinion, income investing simplifies investing and let's you focus on things that are under your control.
For some historical perspective, read my investing manifesto to see why I think focusing on income will allow you to achieve your goals, but more important to do it in a way that is easy to understand and lets you sleep well at night.
Dividends are a very dependable way for a company to return value to it's shareholders; I wrote an article about this which you can read here.
More importantly, especially in troubled periods like we are experiencing now, dividends are an excellent way to retain purchasing power; I did some research on this and you can read the article here.
My investing style has become more an more integrated with (probably) the best Dividend stock screener that exists for free: qualuation. I used it regularly, mostly around it's powerful valuation metrics.
After joining the community, you will receive access to my personal portfolio where I deposited, as of today, $95k.
You will also receive real-time updates of all the transactions I make, and also access to a Discord server where we can talk about anything ( hopefully focused on investing 😀).
The good thing about my investing plan is that it is highly scalable and it can be applied irrespective of your current financial situation: I had months where I could afford to invest a couple of hundreds of dollars, but this does not stop me from continuing, because I have a long-term perspective and I am always focusing on the end goal.
For a snapshot of my portfolio, it contains around 70 high-quality companies, yields around 2.8% for an annual income of around $2600.

My first objective is producing $1000 in organic dividend income, and as you can see from the above chart I am currently at around 20% of my goal. I expect to get there by 2026-2027.
