Companies are ranked based on David Van Knapp's (DVK) quality metrics, which I really like and use regularly.
As a reminder, DVK ranks companies based on the following 5 metrics:
Safety grades from ValueLine
Financial grades from ValueLine
Safety score from SimplySafeDividends
Moat score from Morningstar
Credit rating from S&P
Only companies scoring 4 or 5 points make this list.
As of Q1 2022, out of 750 companies that raised dividends for more then 5 consecutive years, 55 are on this list.
