Hi there! I'm Rachel Lessenden and I'm on a mission to help people adopt a healthy plant-based diet in the easiest way possible!
After switching to the plant-based lifestyle, I saw immediate changes in weight loss, higher energy levels, better skin and better digestion. After experiencing so many positive benefits there was no doubt—I was in it for the long haul.
I knew to continue feeling my best I needed to make sure I had healthy and delicious food prepared weekly so that I could stop depending on convenience foods.
For me, meal planning was really what helped me make plant-based eating sustainable and make it a lifestyle rather than just another diet.
I now have a better relationship with food and am thankful that I found a sustainable lifestyle. My mission is to help others do the same.
Armed with a degree in Bakery Science and a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition, I create both healthy and delicious plant-based recipes. No boring salads here!
