So my latest episode is about Charles Rhines, a gay man who was executed in South Dakota. It only took 3 days for the jury to convict him. Their biggest concern was that prison would be a playground of homosexual sin for Charles, a reward. So they demanded the dead sentence. Charles Rhines murdered a heterosexual 22 year old man in a botched burglary. Had the shoes been on the other foot, and a heterosexual man murdered an LGBTQ person in the same situation, I truly don't believe the killer would have been given the death penalty.
