Meowmy and I’s birthday is on September 4th. Our birthday is also on National Wildlife Day. For our birthday, we’ve decided to create our own fundraising page again!
With the recent forest fires in British Columbia, we feel that it is extremely important to help our local wildlife that are desperately trying to fly, run, bury, or swim away from danger.
We have put together an easy-going fundraiser that will start today and end on September 8th (2 weeks) as we continue to see the aftermath of peak fires in July.
The proceeds will be given to centre(s, depending on amount raised) that rehabilitate injured animals. Caring for wild and injured animals requires a large amount of effort and small donations can make all the difference. It cost a little over $220 to care for one bird patient.
