Hey, Hola, Moi 👋
Did you know you can become a lawyer in the United States without going to law school? Abraham Lincoln did it. It's called "reading the law."
Reading the law is becoming a lawyer by way of Legal Apprenticeship, not by way of an expensive JD. Many aspiring lawyers are unaware of this alternative path. In part because only a handful of states permit reading the law and undergraduate programs and of course law schools aren't quick to promote it. And so Reading The Law (the organization) exists to bring awareness to reading the law (lower case) of the legal apprenticeship path to becoming a lawyer and to help you get started in your rtl journey.
In other words, would you be against buying me a hot cup of delicious coffee?
