This year I'm trying to promote self love and fitness within myself. I've been bigger and I've been much smaller but now I'm trying to ignore my size and just be healthy. 

Health comes in many different ways, as well as trying to be a sensible weight, eat your veggies and practice hygiene, health can be a very mental thing. Having struggled greatly over the years with my self image, this has been quite a journey.

I'm not going to go into my entire history, but let's say I've improved a lot in many ways. Overcoming eating issues, unhealthy coping mechanisms and learning to keep myself hydrated, I'm now at a place where I'm able to focus on my body without it being a bad thing. 

In January I joined a gym and adjusted my diet. This was a big and scary step for me because I was concerned that I wasn't as over past issues as I thought, but actually it's gone really well. My skin is clearer than it has been in a long time, my hair healthier and my mind is calmer.
