As an injured athlete, you need some reminders to help you stay resilient, grounded, and confident. When so much feels out of your control, you need to tip that balance with some powerful internal dialogue to call up your courage and perseverance. Affirmations are compelling and persuasive statements you can use to fire up your resolve and belief. We have crafted a list of 10 affirmations for injured athletes in two different versions, and we included a blank template so you can create your own as well.
