Nicholas Carnogursky, “the matter is essentially resolved,” according to David Anber. The matter will resolve in a plea & the Matter adjourned.

Steven Charbonneau, the matter will be back on December 28th. “Resolution is a realistic possibility, but the crown is seeking big numbers in incarceration and driving prohibition,” according to the counsel David Anber. Adjourned for instructions. Bench warrant with discretion rescinded

David Anber represents Caroline Chiasson - there’s a co-accused. The counsel, Blake Gallipeau, represents Kevin Ricard and Jean Yves Yergeau. “There are serious charter concerns” and getting the trial in a timely matter. Charges have stayed againsT all three individuals at the crown's request.

DANIEL BOULANGER represented by D. FREIHEIT. The case has been assigned to L'Oignon-Girioux and J. Wright from Drew Young. Crown elects summarily. Waiting on drone footage. The matter will return Dec 6th.

LEROY BOURGOIN, represented by B. GALLIPEAU. Counsel is asking about drone footage, arresting officer's name etc. New crowns have been assigned L'Oignon-Giroux and J Wright.
