David Anber represents Caroline Chiasson - there’s a co-accused. The counsel, Blake Gallipeau, represents Kevin Ricard and Jean Yves Yergeau. “There are serious charter concerns” and getting the trial in a timely matter. Charges have stayed againsT all three individuals at the crown's request.

Counsel mentions that obstruct would be hard to prove without an arresting officer's name, crown doesn't think this is an issue.
