Have y'all seen the No Stirrup November challenge on the internet?

I have, and I really disagree.

Riding without stirrups is a great way for you to build your rider muscles and balance, but spending 30 days with no stirrups consistently once a year is not the right way. You're going to sore up your horses back and make them really irritated.

A better way would be to practice riding with no stirrups for short amount of times at regular intervals.

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk!
