My story - I found myself on the front porch with my mom at age 20 telling her I was contemplating taking my own life. Weeks later God gave me a vision for creating community and sharing my passions for faith, fitness & purpose to impact others that are struggling and working through hard times.

I started an apparel company called LRX and now this journey has led me to create a podcast to continue serving the community that has come together over the past few years. My goal is that this podcast would continue to impact more and more people.
