Good morning

Do you ever notice that you NEED to take constant breaks from working, studying or doing something productive, just to eat snacks, go on your phone, masturbate, watch a show or YouTube or go out to drink and finally "have fun"?

That's a poor life.

At least in comparison to how you COULD be living.

So in this video, it's less about the steps and more about the philosophy of it.

Dopamine is the anticipation of pleasure, not the actual pleasurable activities themselves.
