Last weekend we arrived in San Francisco, after 5 years it feels good to be back at the sunshine state! After a great time in Colorado full of beautiful snow capped mountain peaks and strong wind, and a very short visit to Moab in Utah, we felt it was time to head out to some sunshine. No better place to go than San Francisco, right?
We already did a road trip here in 2017 and absolutely loved it, even though it is more sunny now in November compared to back then in May (see first picture). A family we met in Iceland wanted to host us so we got in touch with them and spend five days in Albany, about half an hour outside of San Fran Downtown. A lovely area to explore and it was lovely seeing them again and staying in their cozy cottage. They took us out for short walks, we cuddled up with their funny dog Winston and we visited the bay area for one day as well. By bicycle of course.
In the meantime we finished up some computer work, route planning to head down south in direction of LA and we started an excited partnership for some videography. We'll advise people interested in bicycle touring (short or long distance) with some cool videos on 'how to get started'. This is all in dutch and consists of short videos and will be very new to us. Unfortunately we can not share this here, but we are thinking to share some more videos. Should we?
