Today on BOW, a quick little ode to frustration and how we let other people's expectations creep in and influence us.
Don't listen to self-doubt or the naysayers, they are all put there to stop us from moving forward and living in fear.
Listen to that little voice that's encouraging you, feed the spark that is your light.
Don't let yourself be boxed in.
I believe in you, I see you, let's keep on going together.
