This week's poem on a Babel of Words is about grief, an emotion we all go through sooner or later.
In a little reflective affirmation, I remind myself that there is nothing to know about the grief process other than letting the emotion take its course.
Ultimately grief stems from love, so grieving is an expression of love because love never leaves us.
