Back from a great Weekend of Readings at Renmark that was 2 weeks ago!

Wow, it's taken a bit to get back into the flow of what is my regular weekday events ... doing 2 days of volunteering and keeping up with client enquiries and readings.

Hypnotherapy is being asked for more often during these difficult times and it continues to be a pleasure to know that this helps so much with so many different problems. Stress and anxiety are becoming very obvious with resulting mental health issues resulting if nothing is done to help relieve the levels of stress being experienced.

One of the easiest ways to feel that release in the moment of stress/anxiety ... is BREATHING

Inhale to the slow count of 4
Hold the breathe for a slow count of 4
Exhale to the slow count of 4
Hold the emptiness for a slow count of 4

Do this until you feel the body let go of the tension of the stress or anxiety.

From this space of feeling calm and at peace, continue to breathe in a calmer and more relaxed state.

When you need help from someone else, don't be afraid to ask for help.
Do some research to find the type of skills you need to access from a therapist.
It may include asking family and friends if they could recommend someone.
Feel into that 'inner knowing' and be guided to the one that you feel is going to be the right therapist to meet your needs.
