Our mission is to ensure that rigorous knowledge about the science of leadership, is available to as many leaders from as many backgrounds as possible, not just those who have access to high-quality resources and coaches.

Therefore, we are committed to keeping the newsletter as a zero-cost tool for every leader, aspiring or current. However, this mission takes quite a bit of work, in fact, 100s of hrs for each post (yeap, you read that right, each post!).
