Here's a picture of me getting my first coffee! You've no idea how much you've brightened my day. I've been making this podcast for a year and a half now, and while I know there are thousands of people listening - most of the time that doesn't feel real. This coffee feels really real. I'm humbled and grateful. Thank you thank you thank you.
(PS. If you're wondering why the coffee looks so small, it's because my favourite coffee after my morning workout is a 'piccolo latte' which is basically a super extra strong coffee with a little bit of milk. It comes in a cute tiny cup. And I got this one at the coffee van that sits on the driveway outside the gym where I go. If you follow me on social media you may already realise I spend a lot of time at the gym).
