Spending so much time on the water, in different places, listening and guiding people on their journey, it's thirsty work.
I place alot of time and share kindness in making sure people feel safe and confident, when out on their own adventures, as well as sharing as much of my knowledge and skillset with those that need it most.
I am busy planning new routes to share with people for paddling, along with introducing the calmness of yoga practice for our SUP adventures around the UK.
I love to help out with meaningful charities by organising and challenging myself and others with tasks to raise funds to help those that need it most.
