I've been thinking about developing the next few phases of the channel. As time goes by I've learned more and more about YouTube and how my channel works. Using stuff like YouTube analytics I'm noticing that I have a huge dip in engagement between my weeks of releasing videos.
So what comes next? What to do in order to make more stuff that's high quality but a little easier to produce. The idea that's continued to come into my head is podcasts, or rather interviews. Taking the time to talk to other creators in the RPG world who work with mental health and try to share some of the knowledge.
So much of the RPG world and particularly the 5E D&D crowd look at mental health in a positive way. I think talking about the crossovers between mental health techniques and RPG techniques can help people. If I'm not the only one talking about it maybe I can move the proverbial needle a little more.
So who knows, maybe I'll start adding a podcast to the programming. After all, counseling training taught me how to conduct an interview. How hard can it be?
