We at Tai Chi for Better Health Train Shibashi 1 Instructors. We have trained people for Age UK, NHS staff, County Council Staff and Care Home Staff and individuals. We have trained over 150 people.
In this current lockdown we are teaching online and after the lockdown all will be able to progress to be Instructors after attending our Workshops. Again - many thanks
