I am a British woman and my partner is Taiwanese. Together (and sometimes alone) she and I have been walking the trails and climbing the mountains of Taiwan since I moved here to be with her in 2016. We have always documented our adventures, and quite early on I decided to write about them on here in case anyone else would find it interesting. It seems that there is indeed quite a large appetite for information about how and where to hike in Taiwan, and our site has continued to expand over the years.
