Who says you can't play power-crazy 7-mana Commanders? This ain't Zacama but Koma, Cosmos Serpent is not a snake to mess with!
Since this is clearly not competitive level, don't put in such a heavy financial investment into this deck. Even so, you can still have a blast with this deck for less than $100.
