Photo sessions for When the Womb Is Tender begins this month! I received a response from over 20 people who are interested in having their pictures taken for this project. However, a large number of them live in areas outside of St. Louis, my hometown. A majority of those interested live in the DMV areas (DC, Maryland, and Virginia). Unfortunately, I do not have enough funding to pay participants a fee and travel, so I am limited to photographing those living in St. Louis and Chicago. I am still applying for grants to obtain more funding; however, time is running out for grants that will be awarded this year. If you are able to help, please consider making a donation.
