About thedoshalife
a podcast on soulful health, wellness & healing thru Yoga & Ayurveda.
Hello all you wonderfully wild and healthy wellness seekers and happiness curators! Welcome to my Happy place!
It is so great to have your company and kindness. x
😁Yes, you can now support The Dosha Life podcast! Supporting this podcast allows behind the scenes additions to help reach other wonderfully wild and happy health seekers.
Kelly runs this podcast solo... (thats me!) And yes, I do love a good coffee. But if you have been listening you probably know it increases Vata.
I will share a not secret, secret... Kelly does not need any help getting nervy and wild! So I add Oat milk to support my dosha balance.
How do you dosha your coffee? x
