I started doing podcasts well over a year ago on my own. This has been very therapeutic for me. I have learned a great deal about myself. Today I was reflecting and realized my summer so far has not gone to plan at all. I think I got into a habit of "going with the flow". Real life kind of kicked me in the butt. I had some medical problems, lost my job and a few other things. I know that it wasn't the end of the world and other people had it much worse than I. I am just starting to feel a little more ... Everyday I also like to get into my absolute favorites playlist on my phone and I hit the shuffle. Then I think about that song all day about why that song was ment for me today. Music touches soul.
