TheFastingTribe.com is my passion project to make a difference in the lives of other motivated humans like me.
I am not an IT person and this is my first website, so it took me tons of hours, effort, and money(buying domain, server etc.) to learn/buy stuff and put this website together.
I've put this detailed stuff online as I experimented with it and it did wonders for my health and happiness. I wanted to help others to achieve the same outcome :)
