Before you purchase a hot tub make sure to do these things! We want you to have complete peace of mind!
Research, research, research, and then again RESEARCH! Please don’t simply buy a hot tub because you like the way it looks. Make sure you are researching: different brands, price points, places to purchase, products they will need to be maintained, where it will be located at your place of residence, and so on.
2. Start with a local dealer and watch for ratings. Ask around for the best service which will give you a wonderful piece of mind.
3. Figuring out what brand you want. Check out the best selling in your market. Check if it’s fully insulated, what the warranty looks like. Many of the brands have parts guarantees as well.
4. Following up with the first point; finding a spot to place the hot tub. We highly recommend a concrete surface. However; they can go on anything from pavers, gravel, railroad ties, decks, and so on. SOLID SURFACE! Where will you plug it in to? What electric outlets do you need for this?
5. Ask yourself at any given moment who will be using the hot tub? Do you want one for 4 people max or maybe upgrade to an 8 person hot tub for more space! Hot tub parties are fun but make sure you are buying for who will be using it the most. People can always take turns at a party 
6. Be PATIENT! While you start with the steps above also remember parts, labor, and hot tubs are a shortage right now. It will be totally worth it for you to wait for what you WANT vs getting stuck with something just to have something.
