What are the benefits of Breathwork?
The benefits of regular breathwork include: strengthening of the respiratory system, oxygenates and increases the vitality of organs and various tissues, promotes better blood flow throughout the body, boost the immune system, become more mindful, energises the mind and body and much more!
A regular breathwork practice has helped me to reduce my anxiety & stress levels, speed up recovery after hard workouts, have better control over my emotions (and emotional reactivity to stressful situations) and have more focus throughout the day.
What will I use the donation for?
Sometimes for coffee! Sometimes for tea! And sometimes for equipment to better serve my audience but ultimately, the donations will be put towards my goal of purchasing a self-sustainable farm in Europe where I can host week long retreats.
