So I'm rolling out something new that I think will help keep everyone on the same page, it is my Public Google Calendar. How I expect this to work is I will update it on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays with new orders. If orders get shifted around, it will be done on the calendar so people can keep tabs on a live & current ETA. I live with family right now & am sometimes called away from my desk and so I think these live calendar updates of when orders get bumped around will be really beneficial. I also plan on putting other business stuff that I'm working on in the Calendar & in the descriptions write about why that's taking up some of my time. I always have the calendar up in a tab on my browser, and I also have the lil tab open when I am working in my email, so I'm really hoping this will just provide a bit more structure. (Disclaimer, I am not good with keeping a sleep schedule so let's use the word structure very closely in the overall context of time.)
If you want to look up an order's "appointment" on the Public Google Calendar, just look it up by order number. If you've just ordered & I haven't had an update day the order might not be on there yet, but there might be times where I just update it when I have some spare moments. If an order ends up spanning two (or more) days you may have two (or more) "appointments" which will be labeled "#ORDERNUMBER [Cont 2/3/4/etc]".

I've reopened the shop after a month, and I'm launching a sale with it that has all Tarot Readings listed as 40% off. My grams was born on St Patricks so it's a very fond day for me and my family, so besides just being a little holiday sale, this is just a really nice day for me in general. This sale will be active until March 18th.
I will say this last month has been a bit rough, for a bit there things were a lil dark and I've dragged myself to this point, but I'm glad I made it no matter how I managed. I'm really excited to get back to business.
