Hello! Sorry for the lack of updates. As most of you know I'm in the process of buying my (first!) home and it's been a little chaotic lately! The inspection went GREAT and we're now in the repairs stage as all repairs must be completed and re-inspected before I can buy the home (loan requirements). So that's what I've been up to.
I also managed to knock out a couple of blog posts - Iditarod related - and updated the race schedule. Be sure to check tonichelle.blogspot.com for all of the posts! I'm hoping to bring back the weekly mushing news round up, but it really depends on my house stuff at this point. But it WILL be back once things calm down!
I just want to thank ALL of you for the support in every form you give. From the "pizzas" (I'm trying to think of a cooler thing for people to "buy me a" but I've lost all creativity! LOL) to the shout outs on social media (I LOVE the shares! Thank you!) to the private messages and emails. You have NO idea how much it means. I often feel so "fake" as an outsider (aka I don't mush so I don't feel legit) but the support from the community really helps me shake that feeling (most days).
