I just opened this up about an hour ago and I am already blown away by the generosity! This is so wild. I didn't expect this response. Thank you SO much!
I am currently working on updating the blog getting it ready for the upcoming season. You may know that I am in the process of buying a house (I hope, inspection is Friday!) so life has just been crazy and I am normally far more prepared for the Iditarod Picnic at the end of June (as in THIS SATURDAY). I will be in attendance with my camera and hope to tweet that which I see/overhear/etc. It was cancelled last year (stupid Covid) so I am more than ready to see friends/mushers/volunteers/etc.
I should probably get off of here and get some sleep so I can be productive tomorrow. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! To those who have supported me tonight (and throughout this blogging journey that started 10 years ago and has been an off and on thing ever since. This just may be the shot in the arm I need!)
Again, I cannot find the words to truly express how I feel tonight. Thank you to all who support in any way they can (not just financially. The tweets, the shares, the messages all mean so much as well!)
