The tournament will be held as a tournament, and the top four teams in each regional league (Jungang University, Soongsil University, Incheon University, and Ajou University) will go directly to the quarterfinals. The eight teams, which ranked second and third in the regional league, will play at the campus home stadium of the second-place team on the 8th and 9th, with the winner advancing to the quarterfinals. On the 8th of the first day, Sungkyunkwan University-Honam University, Yongin University-Dankook University, and Jeonju University-Ulsan University and Konkuk University-Yonsei University will be held on the 9th.
The quarterfinals, which will be held on the 13th and 14th, will be held at the home stadium of the top four teams in the region. The semifinals and finals will be held at the stadium of the team with a large number of cumulative spectators for regional league home games. However, teams that use the third ball court as their home rather than the school campus stadium are excluded from the home game. The semifinals are scheduled for the 16th and 17th, and the finals are scheduled for the 23rd.
Meanwhile, in this year's U League 1, the bottom six teams (Dongguk University, Yeungnam University, Dongui University, Howon University, Jeju International University, and Hanil Jangshin University) were demoted, and the top six teams of U League 2 (Gyeonggi University, Calvin University, Inje University, Kyungil University, Jungwon University, and Mokpo National University) will be promoted to participate in U League 1 next year.
