This quick, simple recipe is becoming one of my favorite meals to begin my day. Try it out and see what ya think!

1/2 old fashioned oats
1 TBSP honey
2 scoops protein powder 
2 TBSP peanut butter 
1 serving dark chocolate chips 

Add everything in a bowl and add water for the consistency you want and keep stirring around until the protein powder gets absorbed. 

I went a little overboard on the PB (an extra tbsp) so my macros came out to

74 G carbs 
37 G fat
