Monopsonistic practices by corporations are simply an exertion of power over the labor force.
This power dichotomy is not a mistake and it is not a symptom of some other issue.
The power imbalance is purposefully baked into a system which pre-supposes scarcity and demands constant profit growth and mass distribution of wealth to the investor class, at the expense of all else.
