I love our Vitex tree. It blooms beautiful purple blossoms that the pollinators all love. I'm seeing numerous & various varieties of butterflies and bees covering the tree at any given time.
Actually, most of the plants I allow on our Texas Homestead are decided with the pollinators in mind. I've built entire pollinator gardens that offer beauty to the eye as well as food to the bees.
