Texas weather is so unpredictable! Earlier this week it was delightfully warm, but today Mother Nature's dishing out freezing rain & sleet. So I'm staying inside and making a large batch of homemade broth using the Instant Pot. I'm a big fan of healthy homemade food. (You can see my post about making Homemade Broth Here)
In the meantime, I'm so happy I thought to pick the few daffodils that were blooming so I can bring some yellow happiness inside!
