My name is Vaibhav and this chrome extension was built out of necessity.
Often times, I find it hard to get in the 'productivity zone' and focus on a task with full intensity.
As someone who writes around psychology, there is a way known to combat this. That is by blocking some time and working in intervals. (See Pomodoro Technique).
However, it didn't kept me focused because of distractions that would often come up. Therefore, this idea came to light to easily get in the state of flow, retain productivity and accomplish goals.
So, How does Flow State Training helps?
The universal timer from the extension provides a constant reminder of the time, giving a sense of urgency as you navigate between tabs.
