Been reading Ben Saunders blog chronicling his 4+ journey to the South Pole and back on Antarctica. Everyday pulling a heavy sled in sticky snow with a headwind on you. Imagine the patience of going out everyday, hoping to make good distance but then on most days, those brutal conditions.
Patience. With ourself and for others. What a constant struggle. Some days are better, some situations are better, but I haven’t locked in on any rhyme or reason. What I do know is that coffee (no joke) and loving myself helps me to be more patient, which in effect helps those around me (like it or not).
How about you? What do you find that helps you with your patience?
