Employee theft investigation: Conduct in corporate case

Employee theft has many forms such as fraud, bribery, corruption and money laundering. To solve the employee theft some major process is to be taken during investigation. The last but most sensitive is data theft in which the company's most sensitive information's are sold for the money.

What are the reasons an employee steal? There are various reasons an employee does stealing. They are- Firstly it may be their own greed, another can be the blind trust every company does on their employee which can also be the reason to steal. Third is the case of addicted of gambling or drug use. Last can be to take revenge if they are punished or underappreciated by the company head or any senior employee.
